"The hotel was in a great location very close to the train station - it was raining when we arrived so we were glad about that! Staff were helpful and friendly and check in & check out was very quick and efficient. We had a room on the 4th floor - very clean with tea & coffee making facility, hairdryer, great TV and comfy bed. The bathroom was a bit different - bit like being on a cruise ship as it was more of a "pod" than an actual room. That said it had good toiletries and nice towels although we thought the shower was a bit basic. We feel it could have done with a separate hand towel though as once you'd used both bath towels you had to keep using damp towels until the next day! The restaurant staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of food choices at the breakfast buffet but depending what time you arrived some of the hot food was a bit lukewarm. We enjoyed out 4 night stay at the Ibis and enjoyed our first visit to Cambridge."

"Such a beautiful hotel and the staff were amazing, 15 minute walk to the centre of Cambridge. Room was absolutely lovely, really couldn’t fault it. Bed super comfy and was so quiet too. Breakfast had lots of choice and the dining area was stunning. We can’t wait to return. "

"very comfortable, great location, very modern feel. would definitely stay again. the only caveat being you have to book the car park through an app. when we came back late on Friday, there was only one space left, and not in the Hyatt area. this was a little unsettling."

"The Swan Hotel in Bedford was beautiful the bedroom and bathroom was very clean, there was tea & coffee in the rooms, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom provided. The Spa was amazing with all different well-being jets in the pool and the steam and Finish rooms were great. I really recommend you try the Spa at this lovely hotel and the amazing Anna's afternoon tea in all 10/10👍"

"Clean and comfortable. A few maintenance issues to improve things but these did not detract from a very comfortable stay. (Kitchen tap was very loose/almost coming out / anglepoise lamp by sofa was too loose to be angled / bins had not been emptied). Thank you for a good stay though."

"Everything was perfect. Check in was great. Luca (I think) was friendly and really helpful and remembered us when we checked out. We are in the hotel twice and it was perfect. I have lots of food intolerances from a long term illness and the bar and restaurant staff and the kitchen were in incredibly helpful and got everything right both times, first go. Trust me this is unusual. It took Gordon Ramsey restaurant 3 times of sending out food before I gave up and didn’t eat. Room was lovely. We had a view of the river and a lovely balcony. Highlight was watching the cows on the opposite bank. We would definitely recommend and return. "
