Located within a 5-minute walk of the bustling Mill Road, Cambridge which has a wide variety of supermarkets, butchers, coffee shops and local restaurants. There is a small private garden accessible via bi-fold glass doors which open from the fully equipped kitchen into the garden. All in all a modern and very comfortable small home. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed Remote check in via a key safe. Please monitor your inbox for communication from my property management team. You will receive a PDF guest manual and PDF key instructions approximately a week before your arrival. The code for the key safe will be sent 24 hours before arrival. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided.
