"So pleased to have found this beautiful holiday home which was perfect for a quiet family birthday celebration. Deceptively spacious, very comfortable and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Loved the sun room overlooking the huge enclosed garden which was ideal for the dog. Beach was seconds away and the new hot tub was a great bonus. Overall, impossible to fault!"

"This is the best place we've ever stayed in! Perfect property in a perfect location. The bungalow is so spacious, comfortable, well equipped and so peaceful! Everything was clean and fresh, the enclosed garden is large and lovely. Information pack is second to none, not to mention the personal touches from the host. Spar supermarket and 2 pubs within easy walking distance as is the Quay. We didn't want to leave, and will definitely book again for our next trip to Norfolk."

"Had a fantastic week in Easter holidays. We were 2 families of 4, and there was plenty of room. Bedrooms were good size and beds were really comfy. Kitchen very well equipped - and also looked well set up for families with younger children too. Family space was great, nice big garden. Lovely tranquil setting - we enjoyed spotting the pheasants and deer in the garden. Great location - close to some gorgeous beaches and local attractions. "The chapel is a beautifully converted property in a quiet village, well situated in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside and close to the coast. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped and the on-street parking is fine. We had an excellent break, made particularly memorable because we were blessed with beautiful warm and sunny weather."

"We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Manor House. It is very spacious and well equipped. This is our second visit to Cley and our first at the Manor House but we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It is a beautiful area with many walks from the property and great places to eat."

Excellent communication with the owner and the property has a lovely pub very close by which is great. Lovely landlord and lady. Literally everything I wanted and needed in a holiday stay with my 3 dogs. Even the neighbours were al lovely and had 3 separate neighbours stop for a chat ! Thank you, id definitely stay...

"What a gorgeous property, the photos dont do it justice. We will definitely book this bungalow whenever we visit Norfolk now. It's a lovely quiet location but still close to supermarkets and beaches. The bungalow itself is lovely and clean and has everything you need, and the ensuite bathroom really gives it the wow factor. "Really nice relaxing place to stay. The dogs loved the enclosed garden. The only minor issue was the staircase which is very steep with a low roof. But overall excellent. Highly recommended."

"This is a lovely little cottage, very close to the sea. The only problem for me is that it does not have a shower and getting down into a bath is more difficult as I get older. Really needs wifi too."

"The hosts were great with contact from start to finish. We arrived to find a cake and some milk, which was a thoughtful touch, and they checked in with us to make sure we had found the place too. The location is perfect; really close to the beach but also there's a river at the back of the lodge where you can sit on a swing and watch the birds for hours. My daughter loved it and loved feeding the birds too. The place was spotless. Beds were so comfy too. We will hopefully be back!"

"Very clean,comfortable and spacious apartment in great location. A real home from home. Ideally located for coastal and country walks and great access to Poppy Line railway. Excellent parking facillities and well served by public transport very nearby. Communication with owner was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."
