When we finally did find it, they didn't have a booking for us and hadn't heard from your group...bitterly disappointing. We ended up staying at the Marriott at twice the price. Please ensure that we are not billed for this disaster."

"Nice hotel but the room, and particularly the bathroom, are clynical and sparcely decorated. The room was spacious and comfortable but didn't feel warm and homely like a hotel room should. Staff were pleasant and food in restraunt was good though."
