Secondly, if you write to them via Expedía, other than them telling you there is no shuttle, you won’t get any response to questions about taxis or any other forms of transport to get there. "It was a return visit to this hotel. They have changed the restaurant, finished much of the building and continue to staff very nice people. We did have issues with our refrigerator and television not functioning properly and they were up there within 20 minutes with someone to address both. The TV wasn't resolved and they offered to have us switch to another room, but we were leaving in another day, so it didn't seem to be worth the bother."

"All the male staff is very friendly and so nice. The front desk female workers doesnt seem like her jobs. Even the security at front door really nice and doing great customer service. The front desk wont tell you about your buffet if you dont ask and no information about it at all."

"They call me Papa, after many stays they are Family now.. in the restaurant they order my food, papa cannot have this..not good for you..the girls are my Daughters now so i go buy chocolate bars for them for taking care of me.. the rooms are all spacious, large comfortable bed, couch, big screen tv, many channels, the bathroom is big enough to move around in comfortably.. there is kitchenette in the room, Large refrigerator, not mini fridge.. the pool is large, clean and great fun… the cake shop...
