"The hotel was the only one in the downtown area that I found offered a free shuttle service to/from the airport (as well as being able to drop off/pick up at sights in the area). The location is behind a youth center so is quiet and just around the bend from one of the main thoroughfares. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is nice with shower partitioned from the rest of the bathroom. The wifi is very slow and buffers a lot — but when in Brunei, do you really need to be connected all...

"Only that some chalets were quite a long walk uphill to get to them so you needed to be fit but otherwise a lovely place to stay and staff so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you "

"Great value for money the rooms are very large and bathrooms also. There is a little wear and tear showing around door frames but generally in good condition. All rooms have a view either Merdeka plaza way or towards cat statue. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very good gym and pool on site. "

"got a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. the room is clean. but we will prefer the bathroom and toilet to have a partition separating from the bedroom. location is great. grocery store just around the corner, a busy bar downstairs and a nice fruit shop too. "
