"The Waterfront is a fantastic hotel in a brilliant location. Our room (as many others) had a wonderful view across the river to the golden roofed Sarawak State Assembly building and the Astana Palace and entertained us with a fabulous water fountain and light show every evening. "The mall attached isn’t the best one in the area but if you want to do sown shopping or kill time, it’s connected to the hotel. The prices are good! They have a train ride kids can do but no playground. The hotel was great. I wish it had a thicker blanket BUT that’s probably not something I would say when it’s hot. "Celyn Hotel is located near a mall which is an ideal location. The hotel furnishing is as good as any 3star hotel however the maintenance of the hotel was disappointing. The room and bathroom was not thoroughly clean and had leftovers from the previous guest. I had to personally scrub the bathroom. Bedsheets also had greyish hue to it including the towels rather than the fresh white colour that normal hotels would have.
