We have no idea there is no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers provided, so had to go barefoot and sleep without brushing teeth since no shops were open late at night! Receptionist also refused to provide more bottles of water in the morning of the day of check out. Moldy smell from the stairwell and paint falling of the walls. Building is old, needs lots of renovation. Bad odor coming from the sewer pipes. WiFi is terrible. Either getting disconnected or constantly lagging. Breakfast is very simple. The worst part about my trip was although they offer free airport service, i was charged $60 US dollars to be picked up from the airport. The hotel is only a 20 minute drive from the airport. When i asked for an explanation. I was told free service only applies if I go from the hotel to the airport. This makes absolutely no sense. Free airport service means free airport service.
