They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Theres 2 long stay car parks nearby at £6 for 24 hours.Only complaint would be the key code to get in. I really struggled with it, especially after a few drinks 😉"

They provide a fan in the room if you like having white noise when you sleep. No AC though they have windows that crack open. Only negative was the fire alarm went off for about a minute but went off as we were scrambling to leave the room. Asked front desk about it and his only answer was “we cannot disclose”. Ok well that sounds like a cover-up...

"We arrived early and was welcomed beautifully by a gentleman (sorry I can't remember your name but he was Spanish). We were allowed to check in early and found the room to be so spacious, clean & smelt lovely. We used the swimming facilities which again where clean & tidy, also welcomed in by the young gentleman in the wellness centre who was very informative. On checkout (again same gentleman on check in) was so lovely and friendly. Would recommend this beautiful hotel and fantastic friendly team. We will be back again! "
