Great location, lots of space, everything we needed and the added bonus of a garage. The communication was great, there was a small problem with the hot water when we checked in and Patrick was there within 10 minutes and sorted it out. There was a bit of noise from above as it sounded like children running about and banging but this was just unfortunate and did not detract from the accommodation. Very spacious and comfortable, excellent location. We loved that it was right by the water and also inside the city walls. Easily walkable to anywhere you would want to go. Owners were very helpful and sent us information on things we could do in York on our visit. Property was extremely comfortable. Lovely spacious living room looking out on to the river. There were five of us, but could easily have slept three couples and two extra.
