"Hotel itself was beautiful. Very modern hotel room and to a high standard. Could not fault the room at all. Bathroom was lovely with rain shower head, heated towel rail etc. Only downfall was the man who served me on reception I found quite rude and unhelpful. Did not explain what facilities we could use and I was confused about the parking and he did not explain this well. Parking fee for 24 hours was expensive £16.50 per night.
