"All in all, it was a lovely stay. Everything that you would need. Very well equipped. Just a couple of things that need upgrading. One of the sofas in the lounge. The springs are hanging at the bottom from the back and found it very difficult to get up from. Especially if you’re not as young anymore. The tv in the main bedroom (downstairs) didn’t work. "Coed stable is a lovely little cottage, perfect for a getaway and to escape the world for a few days. The property is nicely presented and very well equipped, with great living space and a super comfy king sized bed. There's also good wi-fi to help stay connected should you need it. A great base from which to explore mid and north wales, I'll definitely be back!"

"Beautiful property with exceptional views. The roads around the property are single track and there is a stone track up to the property so no sports cars!! If you want a quiet escape I would highly recommend however, in close proximity to Llandudno and approx 50 minutes to Snowdonia and Caernarfon. Lovely village pubs surround the cottage on the neighbouring villages. We will certainly be back!!"

The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone. "This hotel is a right little gem in the heart of Barmouth. It’s such an easy review as everything was perfect and I would come back to Barmouth just to stay here. Staff so pleasant and welcoming and the room was wanting for nothing. We didn’t eat here but that’s something to look forward to next time. "
