"This is our second visit and we loved it. Staff are always so friendly, welcoming and the food is amazing. Breakfast is great! We did the moderate recommended walk after our stay and no issues with us leaving the car. The views were great but it was hard work getting up them hills at some points on uneven ground. The local area is nice, the castle is great and the Dutch pancake house up the road is worth a visit. "

"Brilliantly located for exploring Beaumaris itself, but also an ideal base if you’re going off exploring. Staff are all really helpful and have great knowledge of the local area. We stayed two nights B & B in the Townhouse and loved it. Breakfasts are great and the evening menu was good too. "

"Had an incredible stay at this cosy hotel/pub! The staff were beyond friendly, making us feel welcomed right from the start. The bed was the epitome of comfort, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after each exciting day. We'll definitely be coming back. The food was nothing short of amazing, with the Sunday carvery being a highlight – it's a hit with the locals too, so a tip for future guests: make sure to book in advance. Overall, a 10/10 experience, easily one of the best places I've stayed at."

"The most beautiful, well equipped cottage a short walk from Beddgelert with stunning views and an ideal spot for hiking, walking and trips on the WHR. We cannot recommend the place enough. Perfect for a few days away with a dog too!"

"This hotel is a right little gem in the heart of Barmouth. It’s such an easy review as everything was perfect and I would come back to Barmouth just to stay here. Staff so pleasant and welcoming and the room was wanting for nothing. We didn’t eat here but that’s something to look forward to next time. "
