"Overall a good hotel conveniently near the airport. Staff was excellent as well. We had checked in via the app and preselected the room but it was not ready when we entered it. When we went down to the front desk, the gentleman there was very apologetic and accommodating. He even provided us with complimentary snacks and drinks from the little store there. The only real draw back about the place was a strange foul odor coming from the water in the toilet. I think the water had been treated...

I didn’t like that the coffee bar was not restocked daily and I was there for 7 days. I also didn’t like that my room was not the cleanest. Reggie checked me in and was WONDERFULLY helpful - assigned me to a nice quiet room, looked up a Thai restaurant nearby, and was super pleasant each time I went by front desk. Slept really well, everything was clean and in order. Delicious waffle for breakfast. They also had scrambled eggs and smoked sausage, other standard fare like toast and cereal.
