"Clean, spacious room! Overlooked Birmingham airport. Easy to get to from train station. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bar is 24 hours also so was nice to be able to go down and get a drink then take it back up to my room. Swift check out. I also had a bath in my room which was lovely to relax in. Very happy with stay! I usually stay at IBIS next door so Novotel was new to me but I will definitely be booking here again in the near future."
