"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Great unique and quirky loft space. Very central right opposite Minster Cathedral. The bells rang for about an hour on the Sunday midmorning, but don't know if that is a regular thing. The loft was cosy and warm. Too warm at times but you can adjust the heating. I don't think the bedroom window opens as i struggled with it,so a shame no air can get in as the bedroom can feel a little stuffy at times. "Superb location. Very quiet and easily commutable to the centre of York. The bedding is confortable. Generous bathroom with all you need provided. Safe parking in the owner's drive. The only negative is in the kitchen. The microwave is on its last leg and therefore does not work very well. It requires a lot of pressing and turning of the controls (and patience) to make it work. One of the stove tops does not work. Hoopefully the older one does work. "

"We lived in Harrogate for many years and came back to visit friends - the location of the flat was perfect and allowed for easy movement within the city. The check in process was easy peasy as was communication. The only (small) downside is the noise on Friday and Saturday night. The flat is in a very popular area and it can get loud in the master bedroom. Although we were able to sleep through most of it. Will definitely book again!"
