"We were the first guests to stay at this beautiful home. It is out in the country, and has wonderful views of the countryside and old Rende. Our host, Rossana, met us at the house and showed us everything we needed to know. She speaks fluent Italian (which we do not) and English (which we do). "My wife and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon, and it was such a special part of our trip! Antonio was incredibly generous and kind, not only did he pick us up from the train station upon arrival, but he also drove us to the airport to get a rental car when our original plan fell through. "Our experience in Belmonte was amazing. The house was charming and very clean. It had everting needed to cook. We loved it. The town is enchanting and the views from the terrace was like something you only see in the movies. It is very peaceful, perfect for reading and doing nothing. My husband did plenty of sketches of the views and our son was inspire and wrote many poems. We are already planning to return in the summer."

"Very warm welcome including homemade pie and a fridge with everything and more than you need on arrival . House very clean and comfortable in a beautiful location . Only problem for us was we couldn’t get internet which wouldn’t have mattered if we didn’t have to plan our journey but overall very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend . Especially the living room and the outside area are great and the 3-minute walk to an almost empty beach is very hard to beat! "We met with the owners sister who spoke good english and was very nice, so our check in went smoothly. The apartment was beautiful, and the owner went well above standards by furnishing breakfast and coffee. The entire setting up on a hill overlooking the valley and surrounding hills was very beautiful. We highly recommend this property!"
