"We were very disappointed to find our rental was filthy and poorly maintained. There was much debris on the floors including a contact lens, hair and dirt. The tub shower didn’t drain so when showering water level was ankle deep. Wads of hair washed up out of the drain as well. The bathroom sink did not drain being full of hair too. "Everything was wonderful! We didn’t want to leave the place. The only thing that I would suggest to make it perfect is having an updated refrigerator. That would allow more space for food, so you wouldn’t have to leave the island (and pay the $55 fee to get back on the island every time) if you didn’t want/need to. Even just having useable shelves inside the refrigerator would make a big difference."

"Check in was very simple. The surrounding property, restaurant and pool area was wonderful. The unit itself, upon arrival it had a very musty, old smell. We opened the doors trying to air out. "Nice condo on a marina. NO beach or area to walk along the water. Beaches close to site but you must drive there. Very confusing to find the site. Directions provided was taking us off the mainland which was incorrect. The Air Conditioning was messed up. They needed to move us to another room which also had some issues. Overall lost about 4 hours between moving sites and a lot of frustration. Would not stay here again. "

"Eagles Landing is in a great location and is a very spacious house. It is directly on the beach and there were sand toys for the kids to play with. Overall the house was pretty clean however, given my daughter’s allergies I’m pretty sure there have been dogs previously in the house. The kitchen is very well stocked with certain items, but lacked cleanliness.
