"The unit was very clean and pictures were accurate. Had some beach supplies which helped chairs etc. only down side was the stairs to the beach I am not sure if a section of the stairs was missing but the bottom few steps were not there making it a 3’ drop into the water. Did not work well for someone who couldn’t jump down or climb up which was our case. We went a short distance to Middle beach which is nice but very crowded for the Memorial Day holiday. We did find an access a little further...

"I was in town for work and this studio was in the absolute best location for me. 20 minutes from work and family and only few minutes to downtown Venice. The studio was in a perfect location. It's in a very quaint little neighborhood. It was very clean and the property taken care of. Laurie reached out a few times to make sure my stay was going well. She was very attentive to her guest. I will 100% be booking here agian for my trips."

"This VRBO is wonderful. Completely remodeled and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Honestly the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever used! We loved how quiet the location was. The street is so quiet and peaceful. The location is fabulous. Less than 10 minutes to the beach and just minutes away from shops and restaurants. It was just perfect for our needs and we will absolutely stay here again in the near future."

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and Lisa was a gracious host. The little touches where unexpected and beautiful but the fresh eggs from the chickens was amazing! "I was looking for a place to stay for two days in lieu of a hotel. Pricing was good and place was basically the equivalent to an extended stay hotel room. Microwave, 2 burner electric stove, a small refrigerator and a kitchen sink. Was very clean. Located on the ground floor of a house. I would definitely stay again."

"We werent sure what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. It was just oerfect for the two of us. My husband enjoyed the wicker love seat on the front porch area. Nice location. Not far from the Venice Beach area. There was also a nuce little resraurant within walking distance. We will definitly come back. Very reasonably priced. "The room was wonderful, beautiful views of the bay and beach. However the floors were filthy. Management needs to hire a tile cleaning company to professionally clean the floors. The dust mop method used by the hotel staff does not work. If you walk aroung barefooted in the room your feet WILL become black."
