Perfect!

This spot is in a perfect location, not far from the beach. It was extremely clean inside, and having a washer and dryer was a plus. I ran into the hosts while I was passing through, and they were really friendly! I'd definitely stay here again, 10/10.

We were very pleasantly supplied with our stay. Everything was very clean, huge shower, comfortable bed, full size laundry. We met Carmen and her husband and they were very nice. We will definitely go back next year.

Great Rental in South Venice

Unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable especially the bed. Carmen was very friendly and offered to help on numerous occasions. I would highly recommend this rental for 1 or 2 people

Quiet, cute and affordable!

The place was just as pictured and described! Quiet neighborhood and easy access. Only thing i might recommend is providing instructions for the thermostat as we struggled with programming it.

Nice Place

Had everything we needed including items some of the other Vrbo's didn't have. Bathroom and kitchen soap, wash clothes, coffee and filters. Very quiet being upstairs.

Vacation of our dreams!

This rental was very dreamy. It was clean, affordable, easy to talk to the landlord, and had many ammenities. They had some beach equiptment for when we went to the beach as well as beach towels. The neighborhood was great and we felt like we could come and go as needed. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Charming upper level apt. We stayed 5 nites. Giant double shower and vanity, tiny, but very adequate kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. I called 2 different times w a question, the owner ans’d on the 1st ring both times and was responsive. Thank you!!

Hands down the best decision we made

This place was amazing. I want to start by highlighting our host, Carmen, who was absolutely amazing and had exceptional hospitality. This place is an apartment above her home and it has all the amenities you could ask for. It was clean and absolutely fit the Florida vibe. It was seemless to check in and out which made our trip that much much care free. If you are looking for a place minutes to the beach with more than enough room and clean, this is it!!! If we ever come back this will be our go-to spot. Thank you Carmen for making our trip that much more memorable!

Impressive

Can’t say enough about this gem located in a safe residential area. Miraculously clean with the added amenities of a luxury hotel. South Venice Beach is a 15 minute Uber trip away, ($15) and yes that is for a night of entertainment. Not a negative. The beautiful unit is a stairway and a half up from ground level to consider for seniors or others who may have difficulties.

Lovely studio apartment.

My husband and I Stayed 3 nights. Very clean apartment. Nice size refrigerator/freezer. Amazing shower! Appears very new. Queen bed is high but they have a small step stool to assist. We did not use stove, microwave or toaster over during our visit. One note: there are 17 stairs up to the apartment. When it is wet they puddle and are slippery. We had a couple of days that had very heavy rain and in the evening it wasn't very well lit. Personally, ti believe the sheets were microfiber and too warm for me. Nice Cotton would have been better for the price.

Great place

The apartment was perfect for what I needed it for. Very clean, spacious with the basic necessities (5 cup drip coffee maker, full size washer and dryer, full size refrigerator, hair dryer etc). There wasn’t very many accessible electrical outlets, so plugging in my CPAP was a bit difficult, but the owner stated that she would be rectifying that issue for future guests 😊. I will say that the outside was a little deceiving when I first arrived, but once I entered the apartment, all my concerns went away. It should also be noted that it’s upstairs. The stairs are outside and were a little steep to get to the apartment, which made it difficult to carry my luggage up and down them. All in all, this place was great! It was very comfortable, and homey. The host was very responsive, polite and quick to respond to my communications. I would definitely stay again.

Just as advertised!

We stayed with our cat for 2 weeks. It was immaculate. The apartment is very close to the beach and in a safe area. Check-in was flawless and the owner Carmen responded to our questions promptly. The kitchenette was adequately stocked and bathroom and toiletries were plenty. Everything you would also want was available. Beach chairs, umbrella a hose to clean everything. A vacuum a washer and dryer with bleach, detergent and softener were available. I will comment be aware there are 18 steps to climb to get to the apartment. There is plenty of parking. We had a truck and plenty of room for 2 other vehicles if needed. Trash cans provided. We were so happy with our stay.
