I come down to Florida to visit my son from time to time but sometimes he has to work so while he's working, I would like to enjoy being outside. Since this is by the water I was hoping to be able to sit close to it but unfortunatley the back area is sloped so there is no where to put a chair outside. That would be the only downfall. It's located in a million dollar neighborhood - 1 mile away from Fisherman's Village. The spacious kitchen with new stainless steel appliances was ideal for cooking our meals. The large living / dining area was perfect for hosting small get-togethers with our family. The screened in porch with the comfortable couch offered incredible views of the sunrises on the canal. The two bedrooms are on separate ends of the condo; each has access to it's own updated bathroom. This would be great for two couples wanting to share the condo; the beds were just right to our liking. We really enjoyed the easy access to the washer and dryer located in the utility closet right off the first bathroom. The decor is so stylist and classy. There is absolutely no clutter! Maggie is the perfect hostess - quick to reply to questions and so attentive to our needs. If possible, we plan to return to this Comfy Condo in July. I highly recommend it. ##### Sandy C.
