Comfortable Condo w/marina and ICW views & Private Beach Access

Location, Location, Location! This condo overlooks the marina and the intercoastal water way leading to the gulf of Mexico. It also provides access to a private beach via a water taxi ride. If you are looking for relaxation on the beach or by the pool, there is a heated pool and a hot tub to have a cocktail by. The area has many things to do like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, charters, golfing, and many bars and restaurants. Bocca Grande and Englewood beach are a short drive away as well.
The condo is on the second floor providing great views of the marina, enjoy boat watching and sighting manatees on your balcony while enjoying your morning coffee. There is an elevator available if you need it. ****The pool and hot tub are currently out of order due to hurricane Milton, along with the boat taxi ride to the beach :(

Everything was great. We loved the quiet location. Condo had everyhing we needed. The cleaning service did not do a best job. I had to reclean some..but for the price point and location i didn't mind. We would stay here again.

Loved the beach

Especially enjoyed the private beach at Palm Island Resort that we could access. The other beaches in the area are fantastic as well.

Vacationing at the condo on the harbor

We had a wonderful time, so close to beach, ferry and the pool was nice also. Everything was there to cook and feel at home

Enjoyed our Christmas Holiday

Cathy and Brian are gracious, attentive hosts that were extremely responsive to questions during our stay! The condo was well stocked and the photos provide an accurate description. The location is great with a Publix just over a mile away and many restaurants that are minutes away by car. The condo is located in the private marina and offers access to the marina's pool and hot tub, which are both maintained very well. Another bonus with this property are the free water taxi rides over to Palm Island which has a beautiful, private beach and a restaurant. Since the condo is a Palm Island Resort member, you are able to bring beach bags with you over to the island, so disregard the sign and pack that cooler to enjoy the day! If you are a walker, there is a sidewalk along Placida Rd and several area neighborhoods to explore as you are getting your steps in. My husband and I truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again! Thanks for welcoming us into your home!
