"Excellent friendly service with a smile. Don't think anything was too much trouble. Very comfy spotless bed. Plenty of Tea and Coffee in our room. Loads of towels and a super shower. A very good Bar when we came back from the gig , which was a short walk to the Principality Stadium, with quite reasonable prices. Would definitely use again. "

"Convenient hotel for a trip in Cardiff Bay. Clean linens and bathroom though cushions and bedspread due a wash. Reception and breakfast staff were charming. Great poached eggs thank you! The sofabed was fine for our children but the mattress was very thin and lumpy and would not have been suitable for even small adults. The bathroom light could not be switched on and off at will, but came on about 2 minutes after being switched on (room 630). "

"We just spent three nights at this hotel and I can’t praise them enough for our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and had sufficient amenities and complimentary goods including canned water, Ritual shower gel & shampoo and tea/coffee/milk provisions. The hotel has a very clean swimming pool (although the water temperature could be a little warmer), a jacuzzi (again same temp as the pool), sauna and steam room both great. I also used the gym and weights room, again very clean, well managed and plentiful towels available. We were also very impressed with the Customs Shed Bar/Restaurant which we used mainly for breakfasts. Plenty of options, all very good quality and attentive stafff. I cannot recommend more highly a stay at this hotel, which is also just a short 10-20 minute walk from both the City Centre & Cardiff Bay which we visited for restaurants and cinema during our stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next strip to Cardiff, for business or pleasure. "

"Hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the heart of Cardiff City. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Rooms are basic and this is exactly as advertised, bed was comfy, only one pillow each but it was good quality. Room only had one towel, unsure if that is on purpose. The only negative was a really quite pungent smell of mackerel in lobby, as if someone had been microwaving it daily. Oh and the tv appears to have no interent connection and even though i work in tech support i couldnt find the settings to check/change this. Id definitely stay here again when looking at a value hotel."
