"This has to be the best hotel in SP. I had them pick me up from the airport this time and they brought the 2023 Range Rover! Pulling into the hotel is like pulling into a private land in asap that no one can see. You travel through a wooded entrance into an amazing and beautiful resort. My only recommendation is that if you use Iner like me you should walk to the front of the car entrance to call because most can’t find their way in. "

"Great hotel! Not only clean, modern and well-maintained but it also felt very comfortable and luxurious with very attentive and polite staff who made every effort to make the stay pleasant. The hotel itself is ideally situated and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and attractions. I definitely would stay here again."

"O hotel é muito bonito e o atendimento é muito bom também. Todavia, acredito que o valor que é cobrado pelas diárias não são compatíveis com o hotel. Quartos pequenos e apertados, não tem espaço de trabalho, nem mesa para uma refeição. A varanda do quarto não tem nenhuma utilidade... Fomos no soft opening e o room service não estava ativo no hotel, o que deu uma impressão não muito boa. No mais, o hotel é bom."

"You rent a room in a three bedroom apartment. The check-in and accessing the property is pretty simple and you get to keep the keys to go in and out during your stay. The room has a ceiling fan, no AC. The window faces a busy street and it could get noisy. The area is one of my favorite areas in SP but it could look a bit sketchy at night. You will have access to lots of good restaurants and bars all minutes away. SP is very LGBT friendly and this area even more."
