This hotel is well located near Paulista Avenue. The staff are extremely pleasant. Thier English Levels are low however there is always one staff with good English skills on the front desk who can provide assistance. The rooms are small but amazingingly clean and comfortable. The wifi is free, without password and works well. The hotel includes breakfast, and I also reommend trying their Traditional Chicken Soup and for dinner try their Salmon dish which was excellent (a major compliment from North America's Pacific Northwest where we boast of the best salmon ever). I would definitely recommend this hotel and will go back myself!
I had some trouble with the WiFi and critical being there on business and working pretty much night and day - but the staff were really committed to getting it sorted and finally installed my own personal router in the room. Super-friendly competent staff at the front desk.
Water and electricity was off between 1am and 5:30am for one evening - but plenty of warning, and torches issued to all guests. Used the meeting room facilities - and all went well, the lunch was superb. Breakfast in Brazil is fruitilicious!
Rascal is my favourite restaurant in Brazil and its around the corner from this hotel. Plenty of restaurant and food options a walk away. Guest parking is expensive - so if you are using it for meetings - might be useful to look for cheaper parking alternatives nearby.
LOVE the bathrooms in this hotel. Full showers and a separate tub.
No complaints! Stayed here before and will definitely stay again.
Stayed in this hotel during my first visit to Brazil and had a great
experience at the hotel. We were coming from the US to Brazil
for my cousins wedding and the hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating
to the many wedding guests staying there. The rooms were
modern, upgraded, and clean. Air conditioning units in the room
worked well and the beds were comfortable. My mom and I shared the
two twin room. Did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that.
You can get pastries down the street if you want and some restaurants within walking distance,
but at least 15 min walk to street with more restaurant options.
"Hotel is close to subway, great buffet breakfast..."
I work for EBay and I am used to American brands, but this is my hotel in Sao Paulo in every stay.
The hotel staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to make you happy. the location is very good
as well, there's a bakery one block from the hotel that offers grab and go lunch and dinner, with fresh
squize juices of all kinds. The internet can get slow once hotel is 100% but these spikes are not
consistent. Very nice hotel , always my home in Sao Paulo.
