"This was such a wonderful hotel! Centrally located, safe area, easy to reach other parts of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the piano entertainment at night, and the gym was well appointed. Our was large, beautiful, clean, with robes, slippers, umbrella, and chocolates. We would definitely stay here again."

"This was the best hotel in Lisbon! We found Lisbon to be somewhat crowded (especially when cruise ships are in). This hotel allowed us to walk all over Lisbon and be in the best areas but out of the hustle when we return. That was amazing. This hotel had the best service and I would compare the service to a Ritz or 4 seasons. Everyone is attentive! We appreciated that! We thought the food was amazing. The bar drinks were too. Hands down I would choose this hotel again. They made our trip...

"Really centrally located and nicely appointed hotel. Staff were great and we even got a welcome drink as we checked in. They kept our baggage until we were able to check in. Room was excellent and the bar had a great selection of food. Only complaint was that we had to ask 3 times for extra coffee pods - one coffee in the morning wasn’t enough for us! They did eventually get us the extra caffeine we needed though."
