"My room was very small but all needed was there. No space to use the desk or access trash can under the desk. NESPRESSO was a nice touch but need more than 4 pods… very large TV. The Bar is very nice with great cocktails. Front office and bellmen very attentive. I would return. "

"Spectacular hotel convenient for an overnight stay and exploration of London. Shared a beautiful twin room with my son after a visit to Wembley. Super clean room with great facilities. Excellent bedding and really comfortable beds. Great stop off point for us before our sightseeing the next day. "

"Although it is a beautiful property, the furniture, walls, carpet, etc are worn, chipped, and seriously need an update. The decorator is average, we were there during its beautifully decorated woodsy/forest theme. Which was stunning and fantastic. But then they switched it to the hotel’s 10 year anniversary with cheesy paper fans, clouds and the pillows were cheap Chinese pillow covering that I didn’t even buy to decorate on my yacht because they looked cheap. I would have thought for a 10...

Love the breakfast, our waitress was amazing... she would remember our orders from the day before (I think her name was Mariam... she went above and beyond! ) Our room was very spacious and clean. Bed was super comfortable and the service was excellent. Might go back to London just to stay at this hotel! "

"Had a fabulous stay in this 5* boutique hotel. Room looked to be tastefully and recently refurbished. The bed was very comfortable, enabling a peaceful nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful and the service was delivered in a very personalised way. Guest comfort and enjoyment was high on their agenda. I'd go back to the Vintry and Mercer Hotel if I have opportunity to return, and would recommend to friends and family very highly."
