"This was the best hotel in Lisbon! We found Lisbon to be somewhat crowded (especially when cruise ships are in). This hotel allowed us to walk all over Lisbon and be in the best areas but out of the hustle when we return. That was amazing. This hotel had the best service and I would compare the service to a Ritz or 4 seasons. Everyone is attentive! We appreciated that! We thought the food was amazing. The bar drinks were too. "Really centrally located and nicely appointed hotel. Staff were great and we even got a welcome drink as we checked in. They kept our baggage until we were able to check in. Room was excellent and the bar had a great selection of food. Only complaint was that we had to ask 3 times for extra coffee pods - one coffee in the morning wasn’t enough for us! They did eventually get us the extra caffeine we needed though."

"This property is really nice and has a fresh modern look. However, at check in the staff lady cris was not so friendly with our request for early check in which had been told to them a few days before and also for two separate beds - the requests were put in and paid for this specific room already a few days in advance but she acted like they were completely oblivious to it. Their check in is at 4pm which is unusual. The phone on the room did not work at all even though they came to fix it...
