"Hotel is clean, new and in excellent conditions. I did not receive any benefit with my VIP status, neither the discount in the restaurant. They forgot to clean the room one day even with the sign to clean it and I had to call once I arrived which made me to go out and losing 1 hour. Breakfast is good, it could be better. Room and bed are excellent. Pool is warm = Excellent Gym = basic however can do the exercises I need Overall , really liked the hotel = excellent "

The people who work theres are really nice and have a nice customer service, specially the manager of the breakfast room, she looks that she works really hard and she is doing her best. if I'm not wrong her name is Edith. "Overall it was a very good experience. I like the noon check-out time. Buffet breakfast was nice. Rooms could use some updates and shower curtains...lol. Half glass enclosure doesn't work & water gets all over the floor. Bar area is cool. The dinner show wasn't available for our stay, which was a bummer."
