I had the pleasure to stay at Novotel Cairo airport . My room was very clean , very nice ensuite with custom shower . The room was a bit small but good enough for me.
The hotel has great staff ,very professional , kind and welcoming .
Very efficient in helping their guests.
The shuttle service is great and the driver was very helpful . I will be back to stay at this hotel .
Because of the flight schedules, I couldn't fly from Luxor to JFK in one day. So rather than brave the traffic into the city, I booked a room at Le Meridien Cairo Airport for one night. It was the perfect solution, as the hotel is in the airport.
The friendly staff is the signature of this Hotel. I felt as if I am home. I have been treated like a royal. The staff went beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Haytham, the waiter at the restaurant, is a very friendly young man. He has always a smile on his face. By the second day, this man can read your mind. He is on the top of things. I enjoyed his intellectual conversations and his knowledge.
The Front Desk Staff: Essam, Khaled, Mohamed,and Michael, They were very friendly and they helped me a lot to find my way around. Some of them even arranged my flight to Luxor although this beyond their duties.
Finally, the Butler ( Can not recall his name sorry?) He has really very good Manners.
The hotel is attached to Mall. you will never get bored ( My Fiance loves those shops there)
I recommend this Hotel to anyone who care for a classy atmosphere
We had a very nice stay here. The hotel is beautiful, but our room was not quite up to US standards of cleanliness (grimy grout in the bathroom for example) but the bedding was spotless. The room was larger than expected, and the sofa was a nice addition. The bed was nice, but very firm. The big fluffy pillows were a saving grace for the bed comfort. The staff was attentive, and the hotel restaurants were both good.
