"Rooms are spacious for Hong Kong. Can hear noise from next room but that’s with most hotels. Water for shower wasn’t hot enough. Not sure if it was just our room that had this issue."

"Location is excellent. Can walk to subway stations within 5 minutes. Room is clean but moist. You have to turn on the aircon for 24 hours to get your bed feels dry enough to sleep into. Amenities are a little bit old but still in good enough condition. Good for what you've paid for."

"Free upgrade to level 24 where my floor and room was renovated. Rooms and towels etc were all clean and housekeeping is excellent, although larger size bottles of shampoo and shower gels afixed to the shower area would be more eco friendly and saves me the hassle of asking housekeeping to provide more tiny bottles of cleaning products daily! "Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Disney Explorer Lodge. The close proximity to the parks meant not having to worry about getting back home or even to the park with shuttle services operating up until past closing time to ensure guests made it back to the hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful and made the stay even better. Very suited to family’s this lodge as the whole setup is adorable. Overall, would defz recommend "

"Scenic views with a stunning swimming pool. However, the blackout curtains may not completely block out light. Guests who are sensitive to light and are light sleepers may want to bring their own eye masks. "

"Very nice hotel near TKO subway station and connected to shopping center with lots of restaurant options. Therefore very convenient. The hotel room was very spacious above 500sq ft and they even provide a crib for our baby. The only down side was that there was the smell of sewer in the bathroom but when we called housekeeping, they came quickly to correct the issue by pouring down bleach and the smell disappeared. The hotel staff was also very nice!"
