"The historical building is neat, and the room was clean, roomy and comfortable. It is a nice place to stay within walking distance to many attractions. The gym is huge and impressive. However, the front desk staff was not knowledgeable or friendly. Dealing with the assistant manager regarding a charge after checkout was a nightmare. She was ill-mannered and inefficient. "It’s a great hotel with wonderful staff, but there is very little within walking distance. Had hoped to do some shopping but after driving to find someplace to shop, everything was closed. If you are a hotel snob who lives on room service and the exercise room, it’s just great. For me, however, give me a place with vending machines and a simple microwave located near a bustling shopping mall, not an artwork in the middle of nothing and nowhere. "great facility! very clean. Being old folks maybe we werent as hip to accessing the property as others might be. So a bit more specific info on access and door locks would have been helpful. There also was an issue on day 1 accessing the parking garage, but management eventually fixed it. Loved the interior design and use of space."
