"An excellent hotel with five-star facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were lucky to be allocated one with bay views. However, the layout of the lower floors is a bit confusing. The main entrance leads directly into the bar area, with reception located behind and below, and the reception entrance situated in the alley behind the hotel. While not a major issue, clearer signage would be beneficial. "

"Stayed one night before our Alaska cruise, walking distance to cruise terminal. Property is very new, room design is nice and modern. Quiet and convenient, Tim Hortons right besides the building. Customer services people are friendly. We arrived one and half hours before regular check-in time. Front desk arranged room for us immediately. It was a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"This is on the top floors of the Sheraton Wall Centre North Tower. Excellent suites. "

"Enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific. Staff were very friendly. Hotel restaurant was nice. Decor a bit outdated but the hotel is clean and has a nice feel to it. Very convenient for shopping and dining. Outside area in front of the hotel can get a bit chaotic with all the cruise ships but they keep it pretty well organized. Would stay again "
