“Good Location, Comfortable room”
This hotel is located close to all of the local amenities that we needed for our leisure trip. We were in walking distance to Canada Place, the bus tour, shops, restaurants. The room was convenient and bigger than we expected for Canada. The bathroom was spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel.
“Excellent hotel”
Very convenient, clean, comfortable and great value, will recommend to my friends, and will probably go back!
“Very impressed”
Breakfast was great and it was nice that it was served until 11:00 unlike most. They offered lots of extras that most hotels don't include like free long distance calls and WiFi. Excellent restaurants and lively pub right there and shopping is right across the street. Would definitely stay again.
“Loved this hotel”
Included breakfast -- awesome. Nice, clean, modern room & furnishings. Two 500 mL Fiji bottled waters included daily (more if you ask). Long distance phone calls included. Free wi-fi Internet access (a little on the slow side - but still great for US people who don't wanna use international data plans) - business center downstairs with faster internet if needed. Very helpful front desk staff (Ryan). Walking distance from most major areas of downtown (Robson Street, Yaletown, Gastown, Coal Harbor/Convention Center, and many shopping malls). Skytrain stop right next door (though we never used it) if you need to get to the suburbs (or to the Amtrak station). We did not have a car, and explored the city via the Trolley Company (also highly recommended). Would definitely stay here again given a good price.
“Would definitely stay here again”
This hotel had many positive aspects, not least of all the extremely friendly and helpful staff. The availability of free long distance phone calls anywhere in the world was great for us as we had a family emergency back home that required many calls. The decor was attractive and modern in the room, and we enjoyed the daily free bottled water. We found the room slightly small for our 4 suitcases, but managed to work out the space with a few adjustments. The location is great for the short walks to art gallery, Robson St, Gastown and other downtown sites and venues. We knew this hotel was located in the heart of downtown, so were prepared for some traffic noise (busses) during the night. We didn't find these intrusive. The choice and fresh preparation of items on the included-in-price breakfast menu were tasty and filling. We'd definitely stay here again.
“A wonderful 3 nights at the St. Regis Vancouver”
This is the second time I have stayed at the St. Regis. The personal customer service I recieved from the staff is second to none. I will continue to make the St. Regis my first choice when coming to Vancouver!
“Good value for money”
Good location, nice breakfast , helpful staff
“Very happy”
Very nice hotel. Great breakfast!
“Great Little Hotel”
Great little hotel. Smallish room, but clean and modern. Service was great. Friendly staff. Free breakfast was excellent. Nice bar connected to hotel. Pharmacy and food right across the street. Near clubs and not too far from Rogers Arena. Only complaint was the lights in room all connected to one switch; couldn't turn on bathroom light without lights over bed coming on and waking up my wife. Overall, we were very happy with our stay, and would stay there again.
“Fantastic Hotel”
This might be one of the best hotels in Vancouver, if you are looking for low-key high quality accommodations. The hotel is centrally located near Gransville, has exellent customer service, nice bedding (compared to US hotels), and the fact that many ancillary services are free, made me very welcome (free breakfast, free Fiji water in the room, free wireless, and, rather unusual, free telephone to anywhere in the world). I can definitely recommend it.
