"Great location especially when arriving or departing by train. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. very good customer service. Be aware the traffic opposite the hotel is very noisy due to it being a very busy junction with tram lines but this did get less noticeable at night. The hotel does supply ear plugs which do help. "

"Overall 6 nights stay was great, however the room we got was noisy in the morning due to cleaning staff room being next door. Not possible to have a little more sleep than 8am. Location is great, walkable to most of the attractions. Lobby is modern and welcoming. Breakfast is an option. Offering buffet but only cold served plus hot beverages. Personally overpriced for the selection and with 3-5 minutes walk you can get few bistros with great breakfast menus for less $$. Would I stay again?...

"Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Especially liked the water refill stations on each floor. Room was spacious. Only complaint was no hand towels and bath towels were small and thin. This was immediately solved with extra towels supplied so problem solved. Biggest complaint though was the air conditioning was broken during our stay and temperature was up to 27 so our room was quite warm. "

"The staff are fluent in English and Polish, room was clean and like new condition. Hotel restaurant food was good as usual (I ate the pasta dish and the burger and both were cooked properly and were very good) and the cost was reasonable. This hotel also offers a free ride to/from the airport if you need to fly in/out. This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and I will probably stay here again in the future."
