Stayed here for 3rd time and it's as wonderful as ever. Great facilities, helpful, attentive staff, extremely comfortable and quiet rooms. Location great too - perfect for morning jogs round the park or walking into old town. Love it.

Rather nice hotel, now a Best Western certainly better now it's been upgraded.
Down side charged 3 times normal rate as there was a big World Climate Conference on....not worth $233 a night...that or the rental car though....

The hotel is reasonably located from the city centre only a walking distance from Lazienki park and Palace but it is a far stretch from the other city attractions. All the meals I had were delicious, a wide range of things available for breakfast perhaps more fruit would have made it better for me. The evening meals I had were excellent though.
My room was clean and comfortable with the standard facilities on offer, the only criticism I have was the plastic mattress protectors which made sleeping uncomfortable and unbearably hot! Most of the staff were very helpful there was one guy on the desk who obviously did not realise I understood Polish as he complained about me asking for help. The reception staff do need to improve their customer service skills and always be willing to help tourists with their questions.
In all a very pleasant place to stay and I would return there again.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Clean and recently renovated bathroom. Amazing,
Unfortunately, the hotel management has not yet introduced card keys. You get the old fashioned key with a big slab of wood with your room # attached to it.
I felt that my belongings were not 100% secure when leaving the room for town trips.

A populous, mainly residential area, the Mokotow district sits on the left bank of the Vistula River, south of Warsaw's city center. Home to the National Library of Poland, Mokotow also contains embassies and several of Warsaw's universities. The area's abundant parkland attracts recreation-seekers from across Warsaw, and the Sadyba Best Mall draws visitors with an IMAX theater and bowling alley.
