“The best hotel we have stayed at in europe”
Lovely modern hotel with helpful English speaking staff and Excellent amenities (although the attendant in the pool/gym area was a little gruff). Our room was on the 35th floor with views over much of the city. We could have expected to pay much for this 5 star facility. We can recommend the buffet champagne breakfast with resident harpist and would advise guests to take the the meal option. The hotel is well positioned near the central station and other similar hotels and there is moder n shopping complex within easy walking distance but you need transport to reach the tourist sites in the old town.just one word of caution,we had an excellent dinner but it was prohibitively expensive and the wine cost up to ten times what you would pay at the local supermarket. We would however certainly go back and can highly recommend this hotel.
“Very high standard”
One of the most comfortable and luxurious hotels in Warsaw. Always stay in there. The location is great. Staff very friendly. The chef of the restaurant always comes to your table to check on food and generally is very chatty. It's a great place to relax. Highly recommended!!!!
“Pool view was unbelievable”
Spacious rooms well serviced. Nespresso as coffee maker was a great touch (pity about lack of milk). The pool and gym area were magnificent - especially the view at night. Doormen were excellent at getting taxis for us and helping us get around.
“EXCELLENT LOCATION & SUPERB SERVICE”
Top of the line hotel with top of the line service in an amazing location
“One of the best hotels ive stayed in!”
the intercontinental was everything i had hoped it would be: 5 star accommodation with a great view of the Palace of Culture and Science. I got room 2612 on the 26th floor, the room faced the direction of the station but the PKiN was clearly visible from my room and i really enjoyed sitting looking out at it during the day and night. The view was even better from the swimming pool/jacuzzi on the 43rd floor! The pool was fairly small feels busy with 5 people in it if you wish to swim properly but the setting really made up for it! I ate dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and the food and service was excellent. The reception staff and concierge were all very helpful, i would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great view, great facilities and all at a great price.
“proper to his 5 star”
Very clean room, very good standard in city center. I recomende with no restriction this hotel.
“Probably the best hotel I've stayed in”
Great hotel. Pound for pound value at its best. Somehow managed to get a 'club' room on the 39th floor despite paying bare minimum for the room. View looked straight out at the Palace of Culture with the rest of Warsaw fading off into the distance. Service was fast and easy. If I had to pick a negative it would be that it was a bit of a walk to the old town but there is plenty of public transport options. Night bus from the airport stopped almost right out the front which was very convenient. Overall excellent hotel, large clean and secure rooms, friendly english speaking staff. Everything you could want.
“Stayed twice in one week and happy about it!”
We planned to stay in Warsaw a couple days, head to Krakow and Prague, then back to Warsaw for 2 more days. Hotel staff was consistently friendly and helpful, room service was timely, affordable and although a little different than the American equivalent, very good. The hotel was within close walking distance of the subway, plenty of shopping, Warsaw Centrum train station, and a number of tourist sights. I highly recommend the Warsaw Uprising museum; cab ride to the Royal Palace and Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. On the ground floor of the mall was a kantor & liquor store - very convenient. Our first room had a lovely view of the Palace of Culture and Technology, which lit up at night is beautiful. Will definately return here.
“High Quality City Centre Business Hotel”
I was delighted by an upgrade to a very smart suite on the 35th floor giving spectacular city centre views from the two aspects of the bedroom and living room. The first floor bar was warm (the external temperature dropped below -20 that evening) and pleasant and offered a reasonable selection of light snacks. Check-in and check-out was busy but the service was helpful and polite.
“Very nice!”
It is in a very nice location, very close to the central train station and a shopping mall. I had an Executive Club Room so my room was on a high floor and I could see the Palace of Science and Culture out the window. As you would expect from a five-star hotel, requests were handled professionally. Highly recommended!
