"Great 2 bedroom apartment with wonderful full kitchen including pots and pans. Although an old apartment block the apartments are modernly furnished. Was initially wary of location as I was traveling alone, I felt safe with Uber drop offs. Very limited street parking but easy Uber to many Miami attractions "

"The hotel is extremely close to Calle 8. It is clean and comfortable. The communication was fast."

"It served it's purpose for our stay. Room was clean, appreciated the dishes and towels. The washer and dryer on grounds is broken so we had to walk to laundry mat a few blocks down. Quiet at night, building was secure. Parking was a nightmare, better know how to parallel park. Streets are dirty and lots of people, but it's the city so...Over all if your needing a place near little Havana/Miami this would be good. Thank you for letting us stay! "

"The place is very clean and quiet. It would have been nice if they could storage your luggage in the same property like a hotel. It's very difficult to travel and get there early and since the checking time is until 4 pm. It would have been nice to have a storage in the same building. "

"The 600 square feet Expedia guaranteed us was 300 square feet. The unit assigned to us was clean and almost all the items had never been used. But there were insects, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The internet was never working, I wanted to change the door security password and no one wanted to help. They wanted to enter the unit because of my complaints about my unit. I told them they couldn't enter the room until I came. They entered our unit even though I did not give permission....

"Little to no dishes available to use, if you want to cook forget about it. Very loud around the area. Parking is a joke, good luck finding a spot remotely close. Beds are comfortable but could use some extra pillows."
