I love this property , I will be looking forward to try and rent it again ! The only thing that I really didn’t like was the smell when opening the door. It’s like an old place smell but no other complaints , thanks again !

Not a great experience
The dining room table fell on my daughter because one of the table legs was loose. The apt has blinds that are cut and the bathroom tub was stained and dirty along with the shower curtain. The property is poorly maintained.

My husband and I stayed in Room 5 found old food in cabinets wasn’t sure how good everything else was cleaned if they missed that. The curtains need some update asap. Had friends stay in Room 4 that room needs lots more updates from dirty walls, the living room coach was filthy I told them to ask for some type of price adjustment because it’s all stained and very run down. In this room the curtains also need to be replaced.

Our stay was good and comfortable. The minor issue's were handled effectively and efficiently. Anna was great and very informative. Loved the area and the nightlife. Would stay again while in Florida!

i think this should not be advertised for family stay, the place around is unsafe and dirty, in side the house it is noisy from the street (very) and noisy from the water pipes (toilets shower etc) , most of the blinds are broken and the beds creak (sagging mattress), i also did not appreciate the tight parking for no1 spot (my ford explorer was really difficult to squeeze in correctly everytime).
