"I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a great experience, however this was much better. I arrived late and tired, one of the night staff helped me check in quickly. The room was much better quality, the breakfast was ok. For the price I can’t complain "

"From 8.40 am I tried to raise someone at Reception on at least 3 times over I/2 hour. No one came to answer the bell and the only one around, a waitress could not locate ANYONE. You lost a £100 sale."
