"Room 213. 1 night. Twin room. Overlooked the racecourse. Bed was horrible. Saged in the middle. Bed looked like it had been slept in (didn't though) duvet flat old the cover wasn't on proper and had to re make the bed. Shower good power but leaked and wobbly. Had an old covid notice on the room. Very outdated. Good parking. Breakfast good. Tea/coffees free all day. Felt safe and would stay again (in another room) "

"Can't fault our stay, to say we were at a service station it was so quiet. The room was amazing so clean and spacious. Kids loved that they could connect their phones to the tv and stream netflix which was a winner all round. "

"This was a great boutique hotel with a nice bar and restaurant. It was an easy walk to the Wrexham AFC game and close to the center of town and the train station. It was spotlessly clean and we had coffee and tea service in the room."

"A beautiful hotel very central location near the Cathedral our room was in the cottage which was beautifully decorated. Breakfast is extra £15 pp we declined as there are so many nice little cafes and coffee shops near by. The bed mattress was too hard which I know is a personal choice. Would definitely return. "

"We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff provided excellent service from the time we arrived. They were very helpful when answering ou questions. The room was clean and tidy along with all communal areas albeit the rooms decor was dated. "

"We stayed at the hotel for 1 night as part of a return journey following a vacation further north. The hotel location was perfect for our trip. The staff were friendly and did their best however were quite stretched due to a wedding function taking place over the weekend.at the hotel. The spa area was also quite busy. The restaurant food and breakfast were good."

"I was in general quite satisfied with our stay before a flight the following day. The room was adequately spacious and the bed was comfortable. One thing that I was puzzled about was that I was asked to leave £50 as a (and I quote the receptionist) "security deposit". She was unable to give me any further satisfactory explanation, but did explain that I could use that as credit to buy food and drinks, which I did, and used up that amount during the evening. Doesn't seem much point to me in...
