While my name was being found she was keeping me company with chats about the last hotel. Also, the woman who gave me a an actual glass of ice. "When things go well it's easy to give a good review. Our first night of 2 the room smelt horrendous. The bathroom was clearly mouldy/damp and the bathroom door was left open. Told reception and they bought an air freshener can up. We closed door went to sleep and woke up to stinking room, clothes etc. informed reception and they moved room for 2nd night. 2st night shouldn't have happened but pleased to have it sorted. Not the cheap hotel it was."
