Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. "This was a very good place for us as it was well located for visiting relatives in East Grinstead. It is easy to find close to the M25 although it is well shielded fom traffic and aircrat noise. The facilities and welcome were excellent and we would certainly recommend it."

"Roger is a very nice and accommodating host. He allowed us to check in early and check out late. The house is quite large and close to the train station and only take 20 minutes to reach London Victoria Station. We did have to wash the dishes before using them and the house could use some cleaning. The linens and towels were all clean so no issues there."

"The property is spacious and the beds comfortable. It is clearly used as a photo shoot location so is very elegant to look at. Some things do not work. No bulbs in some bedside lights. Were we supposed to bring our own? A bath in a bedroom that is just for show. No stereo as advertised in the details. A booklet in the property with wifi details etc. included would help and save me a call to the owner.The house next door has garbage all over the driveway. Abandoned shopping trolley etc. Nearest...

"We really loved the apartment. It was big, clean and beautiful. It had everything we would need and more. The only thing I would like it to have is a window or better air vent in the bathroom. The breakfast was great and we really enjoyed our staying. "
