"The property is listed as an entire apartment - IT IS NOT. This property is a shared house kind of property. There are six rooms in the property with ONE shower for everyone to use. Despite the appealing pictures, the reality is quite different. The shower cubicle is broken, leading to a flooded bathroom every time it's used. The kitchen needed to be cleaned. "Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! "

There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong.
