"Fantastic budget choice and super convenient for Vatican City and Metro. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Don't book if you are expecting 4* luxury on a 2* budget! This hotel though was very clean,(old but functional) spacious enough and a great place to stay if you are ok with not having all the bells and whistles, read the material on AC and check-in times etc before you book, they are explained. "Our stay in the Florida rooms was great with the exception that one of our items was broken to point of being unusable during a room cleaning. According to communications with the hotel staff, the cleaning crew and the hotel agreed to pay for the broken item. However, since leaving Rome, almost a month ago, communication with the Hotel has been non-existent. Unfortunately, the cost associate with the broken object is significant. Other than that, the place suited out needs. Perfectly...

"This is the third Guest House we've stayed in and it's always the same problem, no one is available upon our arrival and it always seems to be a big problem getting things organised. Also, we found it the word breakfast included it means "there's stuff in the kitchen help yourself"and not much of it"
