Great location, 2 minutes from Piazza Navona in lovely back streets. Good value and breakfast served to room promptly. Very helpful staff but beware that this is not traditional hotel but more like managed apartments, which is excellent if you are ok with that.
Wonderful hotel with gorgeous accommodating staff- they would always go that extra mile! Lunetta is in a great location, campo di fiori! My boyfriend and I walked to all the tourist sites (and he normally prefers to taxi ride!!!) buffet breakfast in the morning is gorgeous too with a great selection! Do not hesitate to book!
The only complain was the noise made by the tram, we asked to be changed to a different room and they did, we could slept better on the other side of the hotel. The place is great, staff is friendly and helpful, but the problem was the tram that makes the hole building shake.

Perfect if you want to be on a fun plaza that is lively all day/night with people walking, enjoying meals or a Gelato. Staff could not have been nicer. After a long day of walking the sites we stopped by the hotel and we're talking with young lady at front desk. My wife mentioned she had a blister, but pharmacy was closed (it was late) and there were not any at front desk. When we returned from dinner, there were a half dozen band-aids on the desk in our room with a card and smiley face. Entire staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. And location really is as close as in photos - on the square with the Pantheon 50 yards away in fun part of town. Taxi stand is right on square.
Hotel Adriano's best attributes are its location, breakfast spread, and excellent air conditioning in the rooms (this is a serious consideration when staying in Rome in June!). The hotel staff...some are helpful and some not so much. The front desk staff is hit and miss with their PR. I would recommend the hotel with the caveat that you may or may not receive a warm welcome.
In the heart of the historic centre, Piazza Navona is Rome’s most famous square. Like a giant stage set, this is where the theatre of daily Roman life is re-enacted among the café tables that spill out onto the fountain-splashed piazza. Bernini’s baroque extravaganza, the Fontana dei Quattro Fiume, is the most celebrated of the three fountains. Nearby is the Pantheon – one of Rome’s great symbols and a marvel of ancient architecture.
