Initially difficult to find due to very discrete signage on front door. and sightly off the main road, down an alley. Warm welcome by receptionist and helpful in providing maps and explaining sights to visit and details about the hotel. About 20 stairs up a circular stone staircase to Reception.. and more stairs to hotel room beyond that.
Our room was clean with a comfortable bed. Room had Sky TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer small refrigerator/minibar and a small safe. Breakfast was a typical continental offering .. cereal, tea, coffee, orange juice, cheese, meats, croissants, bread etc...
The Hotel (B&B) is superbly located with many places of interest and the river Tiber within walking distance - so ideal for a three/four day stay in Rome. Several good eateries nearby and a couple of delightful bars. A taxi rank is at the end of the road.
We travelled from Fiumicino Airport to Rome Termini Station on a pre-booked Terravision coach from Terminal 3 at Rome Airport - easy and cheap at 4 euro per person, each way, then a white official taxi with a tip from there to the end of Canali ai Coronari at 10 euro was for us an easy and convenient way to arrive at the hotel.

This hotel is literally right in the middle of rome, 15 mins from vatican, 15 from colosseum, 10 from the pantheon, 10 from the trevi fountain. Piazza Navona is literally across the road, 2min walk if that.
The door is a little hard to find to start with but it just adds to the uniqueness of the place. It's a real authentic hotel and very modern rooms. Staff could not have been more helpful, spoke superb english and were informative on everything from airport transfers to colosseum queues.
Room spacious, bed and pillows comfy. Good lighting, very quiet (and we were on first floor for rooms).
If i had to moan about anything the only thing i could possibly grasp at is that the air con wasn't great and they could have a bigger sign on the door. But I'm a self confessed hotel snob and if thats all I have to moan about they're doing a good job!
Would stay here again tomorrow- excellent. Would be 5 star if the hotel itself had a few more facilities, but for what it is, I really could not fault.
Ideally located for walking between most of the major attractions on the east side of the Tiber. The Pantheon, colosseum, loads of museums, archeology, restaurants, bars and piazzas within 30 minutes walk. Close to the good bus services, venturing further afield is very easy.
Hotel is nice and clean....our room was at the back and very quiet indeed, though satellite and wifi reception was intermittent (but you don't go to Rome to watch tv and surf the internet!).
Hotel met our needs nicely!

We loved the location of this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful in securing a cab to the airport.
Our room was. Small. But clean and certainly adequate. The marble bathroom was a nice surprise. Generally, we were very pleased with this hotel and would stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great location, 2 minutes from Piazza Navona in lovely back streets. Good value and breakfast served to room promptly. Very helpful staff but beware that this is not traditional hotel but more like managed apartments, which is excellent if you are ok with that.
In the heart of the historic centre, Piazza Navona is Rome’s most famous square. Like a giant stage set, this is where the theatre of daily Roman life is re-enacted among the café tables that spill out onto the fountain-splashed piazza. Bernini’s baroque extravaganza, the Fontana dei Quattro Fiume, is the most celebrated of the three fountains. Nearby is the Pantheon – one of Rome’s great symbols and a marvel of ancient architecture.
