Yes he has some rules but his place for three days cost me less then one night at Prop 19 in Kona and was a lot better stay. "It’s a utilitarian budget hotel without some pretty standard amenities like AC or in room WiFi, but for what it is it’s fantastic. Very close to some beautiful parks, and the bay views are great. "

"Our stay was amazing until the electricity went off. Ended up taking tepid shower verses the hot desired temperature one in the early sunlight. It did rain, hard with lightning and thunder that night. The electricity did come back about 7:30 AM, but after my short shower."
