"Cheapest accomdataion in town you are close to everything on Parrmatta road I stayed to do my TAFE course It is a pub locals are friendly staff were as well it was nice stay for cheap accomdation if you can accept that you will be fine. I had a good time you meet unique people at The Rose Hotel. Happy Hour was the best. Thank you to the manger and staff. You guy rock"

"Bathroom was a bonus and appreciated however the toilet had evidence that it was not cleaned properly and there was no toilet paper"

"I love it and it’s suitable for overnight not stay longer only the hallway floor is soo noisy other then that was a really good service 👍"

"Reasonably priced and very central. Good breakfast, but extortionately priced by student standards ($12 I think). I couldn’t afford it so brought some small groceries from the supermarket. Staff were friendly, but a bit checked out. Could definitely use a deep cleaning as they smell like a locker room. Bathrooms were reasonably clean. "

"Stayed as a waypoint on a long roadtrip. Would recommend for the convenience of the bar downstairs, more food options than imaginable across the road and up the street, and the helpful staff. "

"The food was quite good. The room had what we needed. A little bit of staining on the carpet, but the room was clean overall. The TV wasn’t connected to the TV so wasn’t able to use the Smart TV options. "
