Comfortable with lots of dining options close by. Although parking is charged additionally it is very convenient to park in the same building. Excellent customer service!

The staff were excellent! We needed a room with disabled facilities so we had to have a double bed rather than a twin. I didn't mind that as I was with my elderly mother. - opportunity for improvement was that there was only one shower curtain and it needed two. As a result we had water all over the floor. I shared this with the staff and they said they would sort it.
