We had lovely service from everyone, a very comfortable room, and a first-rate breakfast (free continental with the room one day and added an omelet for £6 another day). "Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. Traveling companion’s door lock stopped working & had to wait for an engineer to come in & drill door lock to open. Had to move all belongings to another room.
